Welcome to Able Engineering (Midlands) Ltd
Based in Shepshed, Loughborough, but operating throughout the Midlands, Able Engineering Ltd provides welding, machining and general fabrication services to many businesses.
No job is too large, small or complex. We have a large workshop equipped with a number of metalworking machines.
Founded in 2000, we started in a small workshop in Hathern, but our business quickly grew and in 2009 we moved to our current larger premises in Shepshed. This has given us the space to undertake much larger projects than had been previously possible.

101 Land Rover Spares
We are one the largest suppliers of spare parts for the 101 Forward Control. This was a vehicle developed for the Military in the 1970's. Now all in civilian hands these iconic vehicles are used all over the world with many different uses. Our online spares shop is www.101parts.com

We are suppliers of high quality drills, tap, dies and many other tooling products used in the model making, classic vehicle and industrial applications. The Workshop
We have our own dedicated workshop mainly used in the renovation and general repairs on 101 Land Rovers. Works include brake conversions, welding repairs, engine and gearbox swaps plus much more.
